How do I change/add delivery info?
You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “Select Location” at the top right hand corner and go to the “Add New Address” section to change your delivery address.
What if I didn't like the quality of the products delivered to me?
We would request you to check the products while accepting the products during delivery. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, please return those products to our Delivery Agent right from your door.

You can cancel the order that you have placed with Gorillamove prior to being in the Shipped status. In order to do that, go to ‘My Orders’. You will see an option to cancel your order under the main menu of your App or Website.
